Shower Registration Form

Red, White & Babies’ mission is to host baby showers for 

Military, Law enforcement, EMS, Fire Rescue, and Dispatch

families to ease during the stress of deployment

and give support where needed.

Additional information:
1. The person nominated must have a spouse or partner who is deployed or deploying at some point during her pregnancy.
2. Showers are now also open to those who are facing
hardships, but not necessarily deployed.
3. Deployment takes priority!
4. Person must be at least 20 weeks along in your pregnancy.

If you would like to be considered for a shower please fill out this form.

If you would like to nominate an individual to attend a shower,

please fill out the information for the person you are nominating.

We will review the information and contact you in advance

of a shower with shower information.
